Radio Xicanismo was created in 2013 by Xico González to bring Raza ritmos pa’ la gente. The newest musical series is titled “Molcajete,” and it features mixed genre musical episodes. Past projects include “Lotería musical,” a 54 episode musical project inspired by the 54 lotería cards, and “Rolas,” which included musical episodes featuring specific artists or genres. Radio Xicanismo episodes are archived at Mixlr, Spotify, and are also broadcasted on KUTZ 103.1 FM in Sacramento on Thursdays and Sundays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. C/S

At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Xico decided to provide a platform for grupos, cantantes y músicos to share not only their music, but also their trajectory with a live audience. These episodes were broadcasted live through Facebook, Twitch, and Youtube.
